Film

Introduction and our

The key ingredient in a Clear Bra is urethane, a versatile and robust polymer constructed from carbamate. This synthesis has some unique traits that help it perform, such as glassiness and lightweight. It is not fragile or sensitive to external damage. The Clear Bra benefits are due to its elements. It’s highly repellent to abrasion, corrosion, and impact, as well as being flexible and resilient. Our application process is to

  • Hand car wash with PH neutral soap
  • Decon with clay and iron remover – the vehicle is surgically clean
  • Paint Correction with industry-leading machines, pads, and abrasives.
  • Machine cut patterns and begin the installation of the film.

The Technology Used Behind

Clear Bra
Clear bra is a transparent urethane material. It is also known as Paint protection film (PPF). This technology was developed during the Vietnam war. It helped helicopters and other Army vehicles which needed constant replacement from the damage caused by flying dirt and rocks. PPF manufacturers develop a new technology that would be flexible, lightweight, and cost-effective. The film could be compensated instead of restoring entire helicopter blades. The urethane (PPF) film was made available to the general public in the 1990s. This technology has been improved and perfected over the years.
